“Mine”

He is behind the door doing what he does best, hiding …
While I’m here doing the unexpected, waiting,
Why do I must wait for him, cares for him?
He feels uneasy before me, because I know…
I feel uneasy outside this door, because my need of him.

What is this emotion of mine, this shrinking heart?
This anxiety, the will I must to put upon my body,
To stay here with the sleeping kid and not reap all apart.
When did this life of pain start, against my will?

I know he doesn’t want to be binded by me.
But, his life is mine, his eyes, his everything is mine,
My blood doesn’t come without a price


All he hides is mine too, why this make me so full?

He is behind the door doing what he does best, hiding …
While I’m here doing the unexpected, waiting,
He has run away all this time, but I’m not moving at all.
I hear the princess stop her crying,
I hear his steps coming to the door…

He will be entirely mine for some moments,
He will share my life, my blood,
Why do I live now, only for this moments?

I know he plans to escape and die,
I know he doesn’t want to…
But, he will be completely mine.

His heart in my own,

I don’t recollect any good in me,
Nothing to give him in return,

I wonder if I had a heart.
I know I have a muscle sounding
Where his blood flows into my body,
Why he gives himself to me?

I know all about his kindness,
I know all about his strength,



I know all about his loyal heart,
But, I have nothing to give him,
Only a pair of jokes, a pair of similes.
